SUMMARY:Music Diplomacy Exchange Program with Crew Percussions (Outband)
DESCRIPTION:The San Diego Diplomacy Council will fulfill the following Project Manager duties\, including but not limited to: be responsible for all pre-departure communication between LAPA and the Artist\, creating a full agenda in Kuwait and taking into consideration needs and requests from both LAPA and the Artist; act as administrative and logistical lead for the Artist while in Kuwait\, coordinating with LAPA and other Kuwaiti partners to ensure Artist is maintaining agreed upon agenda; create a final program book inclusive of the programmatic and logistical components of the trip’s agenda to be dispersed to the Artist prior to departure; act as the primary contact with the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait City\, managing additional program-matic and logistical components as necessary; provide payment to Artist in a timely manner as agreed upon in the contract.
