20 visitors from multiple countries will be coming to make professional connections in San Diego to explore the human rights components of U.S. foreign policy. The visitors will be examining the work of the organizations that monitor or advocate for international human rights issues. They will also discuss how grassroots organizations seek to influence human rights policy at the local, state, national, and international levels.
