Sudesha Banerajee is a senior associate at K&S who specializes in trade mark and copyright matters. She advises clients on all aspects of trade mark filing and prosecution, handles opposition and cancellation proceedings, and also counsels clients on issues relating to copyright protection. She regularly appears before the Trade Marks Office and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board in connection with prosecution and enforcement matters.
