Last year’s Gala included a successful auction including a Chef’s Dinner, donated by the restaurant Civico 1845.
Recently, bidder Sharon Payne, expressed her gratitude and excitement for the successful dinner.
“We were the successful bidder of the dinner for 10 by Civico 1845 from the Gala and had our dinner party on Sunday in our home. I wanted to give a shoutout to the restaurant…the food was superb…all cooked ahead and finished off in my kitchen, served up in 5-6 courses with red, white and dessert wines, and all cleaned up before the party was over. Wow!”
Civico 1845 is a Little Italy restaurant that offers a new generation of Italian cuisine – fresh, light and authentic. Head Chef Alfonso Pisacane comes from a long line of Italian chefs. His family has owned and operated Le Tre Sorelle, a traditional Italian restaurant located in the beach community of Positano, Italy, for over three generations. Pisacane spent the last 10 years making a name for himself in the North County San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles dining communities.
Thank you Civico 1845!
