Novel forms of collective action and protest emerge during crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic is no different. Kroc School Professor Austin Choi-Fitzpatrick worked with colleagues across the globe to document 100+ methods of non-violent action. During this webinar, Professor Choi-Fitzpatrick will offer an insider’s view into current movements around the world. Joining Professor Choi-Fitzpatrick will be one of his co-authors, Felipe G. Santos from the University of Manchester. Dr. Santos’ unique perspective will bring together research from his current residence in the UK and his home country of Spain.
