10 visitors from China will be coming to make professional connections in San Diego exploring the following specific objectives for the project outlined by the Department of State:

• To examine the advanced research and conservation efforts and practices of the U.S. on marine mammal and habitat protection;
• To explore international cooperation and information exchange efforts regarding marine mammal conservation; and
• To showcase the roles that scientists, governments, and the public impact environmental and aquatic biodiversity protection.
