6 delegates will be coming from Liberia to make professional connections in San Diego and provide examples of how U.S. states and communities provide internet access to resource poor, underserved or rural communities in the United States; illustrate how the United States promotes the study of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in resource poor, underserved or rural communities; highlight best practices in using information technology to streamline businesses, deliver services and grow the customer base; and observe how businesses train their employees (or vocational/higher education institutes prepare their students) to best use information technology.
