The international delegates will be visiting San Diego under the auspices of the U.S State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program and are from Belize, Brazil, Burma, Croatia, Ethiopia, Guyana, India, Israel, Kenya, Macedonia, Nepal, Nigeria, the Philippines, Russia, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Venezuela.
