Our first Cultural Diplomacy Series event was a cooking class focused on Thai cuisine and culture with Chef Katherine Afendoules-Emmeneger and University of San Diego Professor Jessica Patterson. The event, held on August 24th at the Curious Fork, offered attendees the chance to explore Thai cuisine, customs, religions, architecture and language!
