Tijuana Day Trip: Non Staff Registration

In consideration of being granted the privilege to participate in the San Diego Diplomacy Council Day Trip to Tijuana on December 5, 2023, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and willingly agree to the following: 1. I understand that travel to Tijuana involves inherent risks, both those that are known and those that may be unforeseen. I willingly and knowingly assume all such risks, regardless of their origin, including any that may arise from the actions or negligence of the San Diego Diplomacy Council and its affiliates, and I accept full responsibility for my participation. 2. I agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and program guidelines during the course of the trip. 3. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I hereby release and hold harmless the San Diego Diplomacy Council, its directors, officers, officials, agents, volunteers, employees, fellow participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, the owners and lessors of premises used for the event (“RELEASEES”). This release covers any and all claims, including those related to injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to my person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or by any other cause, to the fullest extent permitted by law
